Venue

The venue will be the brand new Ghent University Museum (GUM) that is located in the city of Ghent, near the main railway station (Gent Sint Pieters Station) and is easily accessible via public transport. The meeting will take place in the meeting room “FORUM”.

Only two options are quite close but overall it is a small city and they can make use of the tram that passes the center and then walk a bit to reach the venue.
