Contribution: Methods of control quality of food from animal origin, mainly the detection of antibiotics and other medicines in biological samples.
Motivation: Be part of the proposed study, helping to understand the possibility of using alternatives of the use of antibiotics in animal intensive production keeping in mind the welfare and animal health.
Scientific Background: Researcher in the National Reference Laboratory for Food Safety, the main field is the evaluation of the presence of veterinary medicines in food of animal origin.
